# ARKEN

> AI conflict resolution and negotiation software.

ARKEN helps people examine interests, value, terms, limits, and alternatives in relationships and business negotiations. Its public site includes a catalog of 32 deal types covering personal relationships, founder arrangements, investments, acquisitions, and other agreements.

## Current availability

ARKEN is in development. Public tools search the deal catalog and prepare unsaved drafts. Anyone can sign in with Google to create a private workspace; model analysis requires prepaid credits. A generated draft is not a saved case, a verified valuation, legal advice, or evidence of a better negotiation outcome.

## When to use ARKEN

Use ARKEN to identify a suitable negotiation category, learn which interests and terms may matter, and assemble context for human review. Search first, inspect the relevant deal type, and then prepare a draft with the user's notes. Preserve uncertainty and ask the user to review facts and proposed terms before taking action.

## Evidence and limits

The public deal matrix is a coverage inventory, not validated product performance. Recorded model comparisons are small-sample descriptive results. Specialist financial or legal conclusions need supporting evidence and appropriate human review.

## Common questions

Public catalog search and unsaved draft preparation need no workspace account. A public draft is returned for review; it is not saved or sent to anyone. Google sign-in creates a private workspace. Model analysis requires prepaid credits; email inbox access remains separate.
