ARKEN privacy and data handling

On the public site, notes and selected files remain in the current browser tab while you prepare a case. Public catalog searches return deal categories; the public draft endpoint returns an unsaved draft and does not create a private workspace case, contact anyone, or run a model. The private workspace stores case context and extracted document text for signed-in workspace accounts. When a user approves model analysis, case data is sent to Google or OpenRouter and its model providers; provider retention can differ. Workspace owners can optionally receive 25% off a token bundle by approving a public customer summary containing only the name they enter and their self-reported estimated deal value. Arken expects limited marketing value from displaying those two fields; the purchase price and exact summary are shown before checkout. This permission excludes case documents and model training, becomes active only after payment, and can be withdrawn for future use in workspace billing without losing the discount. No summary is published automatically. The protected email integration uses Primitive for messages and requires a separate, explicit approval before a reply can be sent. Do not put credentials in public draft fields. This page describes current product behavior and does not make a claim about a fixed data retention period.
